August 1-2, 2026 (2 Day Weekend Course - Saturday & Sunday) Address: 1093 Shotgun Rd, Sunrise, FL 33326, United States • Start with the right information. Learn the investigation process needed to design client-defined, custom-fit upper-extremity exercises. • Coach and adapt on the fly. Explore how to triage, modify, and progress pressing and pulling exercises using effective delivery and cueing. • Train across planes. Identify the spectrum of pressing and pulling planes available to each individual. • Respect structure. Understand how anatomical structure influences upper-extremity exercise selection and design. • Connect shoulder mechanics. Identify key scapulohumeral rhythm influences across pressing and pulling movements in multiple planes. • Think multi-joint. Recognize how multiple joint and muscle interactions affect upper-extremity training decisions. • Use restraint strategically. Examine how bars, floors, machines, and other restraints influence movement and range, and how to set clients up for success. • Match strength to resistance. Assess single- and multi-joint pressing and pulling strength profiles to create appropriate resistance strategies. Daily Itinerary: 8:15 – Sign-in (Doors open at 8AM) 8:30 – Course commences 12:00 – Lunch break (1-hour, Food not provided) 4:30 – Course concludes

Due to limited seating availability for each course, participants are required to notify us in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled session. When advance notice is provided, a credit may be applied toward a future course date, subject to availability and at our discretion. By registering for this course, you acknowledge that RTS Foundations is a practical, hands-on training experience. Participation may involve physical activity, and attendees confirm that they are in suitable physical condition to safely engage in course components. Participation is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for managing their level of involvement based on their individual comfort and tolerance.
