The result is smarter programming, better outcomes, and a higher standard of professional practice.
Why RTS?
RTS® is not a club, trend, or platform for following personalities. It is not designed for surface-level learning or social media validation.
RTS® is an educational organization for professionals committed to evolving their understanding of exercise. It focuses on thoughtful, client-defined exercise design, execution, and delivery—meeting the ever-changing needs of each individual client or patient.
