June 13-14, 2026 (2 Day Weekend Course - Saturday & Sunday) Address: 1093 Shotgun Rd, Sunrise, FL 33326, United States • Design with intention. Learn the assessment and investigation process needed to create client-defined, custom-fit exercises. • Coach in real time. Explore how to triage, modify, and progress exercises, including effective delivery and cueing strategies. • Structure matters. Identify how individual structural factors influence lower-extremity exercise design. • Think beyond single joints. Understand how multi-joint and muscle interactions affect movement and exercise selection. • Understand foldability. Learn the three key factors that determine foldability and how they guide exercise decision-making. • Match resistance to the individual. Review the three lower-extremity strength profiles and learn how to build appropriate resistance strategies. Daily Itinerary: 8:15 – Sign-in (Doors open at 8AM) 8:30 – Course commences 12:00 – Lunch break (1-hour, Food not provided) 4:30 – Course concludes
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited seating availability for each course, participants are required to notify us in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled session. When advance notice is provided, a credit may be applied toward a future course date, subject to availability and at our discretion. By registering for this course, you acknowledge that RTS Foundations is a practical, hands-on training experience. Participation may involve physical activity, and attendees confirm that they are in suitable physical condition to safely engage in course components. Participation is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for managing their level of involvement based on their individual comfort and tolerance.
